Teams that participated in prior leagues can check their league classification by contacting the Volleyball Supervisor at 994-2300 x 53254 or brinsone@bharatsurgicals.com. Teams wishing to register for a league other than that which they are classified must fill out an appeal form, which is found on the "forms" p年龄 of the volleyball website. League classifications must be completed 和 submitted to the Volleyball Supervisor at the 矩形 & Ed办公室.  You can email this to Eliana Brinson at brinsone@bharatsurgicals.com.

在一般情况下, teams that win 80% or more of their regular season games are moved UP a level the following season. Teams that lose 80% or more of their games are classified DOWN a league. All classification moves may be appealed in writing with the league director, if filed by the deadline (usually the Friday prior to open registration). 

Classification definitions are as follows:

“开放” 和 “中间人” volleyball leagues are for teams & highly-skilled players with collegiate-level ability or equivalent. This is the most competitive level of play. Skills you would expect to see:
        *Teams running a fast-paced multiple offense utilizing quick attack, backrow attack, 和 playsets. 
        *Jump Serving (especially in Men's)

 "AA" volleyball are Advanced leagues for teams composed of very experienced 和 athletic players. Skills you would expect to see: 
        *Teams using a multple offense with player specialization. 
        *Some jump serving 和 quick attack is used, especially in Men's. 
        *Overh和 serving, almost exclusively.

"A" league is for teams composed of experienced players. 期待看到：

"B" league is for players with intermediate skills. Many teams use designated setters.

"C" league is for teams with begining players or those who have not played in an organized league before.

"Instructional Volleyball" is designed for beginner to intermediate-level players who desire to have an opportunity to practice specific skills during drills, in addition to game play.  Players are sorted into teams who play & drill for one hour each week.

“四” volleyball is a Corec league for 4-player teams (2 guys & 2 gals) for intermediate (B) or advanced (A), or highly-advanced (AA) players who desire a more laid-back league format that does not use officials. Each team plays ONE game against each other team in the league (usually 5) during each weekly 2-hour session. All Quads leagues use rally scoring 和 let serves.

反向Co矩形四边形 is a competitive league for experienced players (2 guys 和 2 gals). The rules are the "reverse" of normal Co矩形 rules in that: only female players may block or hit in front of the attack line; 和 if there is more than 2 contacts, a male must make one of the contacts.

• OPEN LEAGUES IN SPRING AND FALL PLAY 4 GAMES TO 30 POINTS WITH A 90 MINUTE TIME LIMIT.
• NON-OPEN LEAGUE PLAY 3 GAMES TO 25 (CAP OF 27).
• INSTRUCTIONAL LEAGUE PLAYS 3 SHORTENED GAMES (usually 15-18 points).
• QUAD LEAGUES PLAY RALLY SCORE GAMES TO 21.
